	Mounthaven Resort Policies     • Reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card (Visa or MasterCard)     • A two-night reservation is required on weekends and from June through September.            (There may be exceptions – please call for availability).     • A three-night reservation required on selected holidays.     • Check-in is between 3 pm and 8 pm.            (Please let us know in advance if you will be arriving outside of normal check-in time)     • Check-out is 11 am.     • A $25 fee will be charged for all cancellations and/or changes. Reservations made less than 90            days before arrival are subject to a charge of up to one-half the booked amount if cancelled            within 15 days of scheduled check-in. Reservations made more than 90 days in advance are            are subject to a charge of up to one-half the booked amount if cancelled within 30 days of            scheduled check in.     • Prices are subject to change without notice.     • Mounthaven guests are not allowed visitors. Our cabins and RV sites are for guests only unless            prior approval has been given.   Cabin policies     • Children are welcome at Mounthaven. Children 12 months and above count towards cabin .            occupancy maximums (shown on cabin pages) Additional guests are not allowed.     • Bedding and bath linens are provided.     • Kitchens are fully equipped with pots & pans, plates, dishes, silverware, and glasses. Coffee,            tea, and hot chocolate are included.     • Barbeque grills are available. Guests provide their own charcoal.     • Firewood is included, in a limited amount, for use indoors in woodstoves or fireplaces, or            at an outdoor fire pit.     • Cooking indoors in fireplaces or woodstoves is strictly prohibited.     • All cabins have gas heat.     • Mounthaven cabins are non-smoking units.     • Pets are not allowed.   RV policies     • Please respect your neighbors’ space as our boundaries are not clearly marked.     • Sorry, no tents in the RV sites.     • Dogs are allowed with an additional charge of $3 per night.     • Dogs must be leashed and picked up after. Dogs prone to barking may not be left alone.     • Maximum persons per site is 6.
